LOL I actually laughed out loud at this

LOL, great job, I really did laugh out loud at this in my room, it has been a long time since a newgrounds movie actually made me lol.

the specialists?

It's funny how in this movie every move you show can be done in the other Half-Life mod the specialists (google it).But it's based on counterstrike.

Oh well, nice movie, except at times the animation seems a bit sluggish. You really need to add more snap and recoil to the gestures.

One of the best amatuer flash movies

This is great for an amatuer flash movie, very excellent. But, I feel that this could be worthy of proffesional quality, or atleast this style and author in another series if there was a few things different.

1. Throughout the series the whole dialogue and story have been very traditional so to say, topped off in ep 4 with the line about pain "letting you know your alive". How many times have we heard that? If the author could come up with more interesting and original dialogue, that alone would up the qualit of this series by 30% atleast.

2. The pacing of the animation seems very unnatural and I feel it's very apparant when fighting the raptor. It seems like gradual ease in, attack, gradual ease out, pause, attack, pause, gradual ease in. Don't get me wrong, some parts of ti felt perfect. But other times I wish the animation in the fight would just move a bit quicker, have the raptor really be ferocious and just lunge repeadetly very fast. Have the main character just repeadetly bash him to do death. Make it graphic (not necessarily blood) and make it seem very serious, like theres not time to think.

3. Finally, if there was more fluent hand-drawn animation, instead of the normal sliding around of cels and maybe 1-3 new drawings in gestures it would have alot better feel.

But all in all, this series (not this episode alone) is one of the best things on newgrounds. I just think that with a little more you could really compare with some of the best proffesional stuff out there. The basics, the feel and the characters are all there. Just needs that little more umph.
